Natalie C. currently serves as the Director of Membership Experience at the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Natalie was the Director of Community Youth Initiatives at Hamilton Area YMCA, where notable accomplishments included the creation and implementation of Social and Emotional Learning programs for local middle schools, impacting over 700 participants. Experience as a teacher at Langtree Charter Elementary School involved utilizing data-driven strategies to improve student achievement and designing engaging lesson plans. Natalie's earlier roles at FAMILIES IN TRANSITION MINISTRIES included a Communications Specialist and Marketing Coordinator, where skills in developing comprehensive communications strategies and social media marketing were demonstrated.
