Brea Lake has held several leadership positions since January 2014 at Accelerate Okanagan, starting as Operations Manager and progressing to Chief Executive Officer. Brea has been involved with the Cascadia Venture Acceleration Network since February 2019 as an Executive Committee Board Member, promoting entrepreneurship in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Brea serves on the Advisory Board for the Canadian Digital Media Network, focusing on supporting Canada’s digital entrepreneurs, and is a member of the Board of Directors for both the Okanagan College Foundation and the YMCA of Okanagan, contributing to community and educational initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Disney Interactive Studios and youth organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Okanagan College.
