Norma Sank possesses a diverse background in child care and customer service, currently serving as a Kids Zone Counselor at the YMCA of South Florida since June 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Barista at Starbucks and various educational support positions with City Year, including Second Year Student Success Coach and Student Success Coach. Norma has also contributed as a temporary bookseller at Barnes & Noble College and worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Opa Locka United Methodist Church and Miami Dade College. An educational foundation includes a Master of Family Science in Child Life from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from Florida Atlantic University, complemented by further studies in Child Life and Pre-Nursing.
