Lauren Pringle is an experienced educator and fitness professional with a diverse background in health professions advising and fitness training. Currently serving as a First Year Seminar Instructor and Assistant Director of Health Professions Advising at Rhodes College since November 2020, Lauren advises hundreds of students, oversees MCAT preparation, and manages various workshops. Additionally, Lauren has been a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer at the YMCA of Memphis since April 2018, leading workouts for participants of all ages. Previous roles include Personal Trainer at Kroc Center of Memphis, Senior Research Assistant at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and various teaching and fitness positions across multiple organizations. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Rowan University and a Master's Degree in Exercise and Health Sciences from UMass Boston.
