Cassidy Sheppard Spencer currently serves as the Director of Annual Campaign & Special Events at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South since April 2023. Previously, Cassidy held various positions at Star Center, Inc., including Manager of Marketing and Events and Vice President of Development, Marketing, and Events, focusing on strategic fundraising and community appeals. Cassidy's experience also includes roles as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Event Coordinator at Younger Associates, and as a Miss Tennessee Local Titleholder for The Miss America Organization, where Cassidy achieved notable recognition and engaged in fundraising for the Children's Miracle Network. Additional roles in fitness instruction, child life services, and volunteer coaching highlight Cassidy's commitment to community service and development. Cassidy earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Union University in 2016.
