The Governance and Oversight team at the YMCA of Ithaca & Tompkins County is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic direction for the organization. Comprised of executive members and board trustees, the team focuses on upholding the values of transparency, accountability, and community engagement while overseeing policies, financial health, and long-term planning to support the Y's mission of promoting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
