Stacie Mastin is a board member at YMCA of Ithaca & Tompkins County. Stacie previously worked as a branch manager at M&T Bank from April 1997 to January 2008. During their time at M&T Bank, they developed solid relationships with clients and prospects to deliver the right banking solutions to meet their unique needs. Stacie also lead a team of individuals across three offices to meet goals and objectives, support community initiatives and deliver an exceptional client experience. Stacie is also a licensed investment and insurance advisor.

Stacie Mastin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with Concentration in Human Resources Management from Post University. Stacie is certified from SHRM in SHRM-SCP and from Vital Smarts Middle East in Influencer Certified Training Instructor and Certified Crucial Conversations Instructor.
