Toni Ludwell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the beauty and fitness industries. Currently serving as a Cosmetic Permanent Makeup Artist at Bloom Beauty Ink since January 2018 and the Owner of Bloom Beauty Market since April 2019, Toni also contributes as a BPump/CXworks/BTM Fitness Instructor at YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City since November 2014. Previous roles include Accounts Payable at Byford Auto Group, Traction Coordinator/Sales & Estimating Clerk at Great Plains Rebar, and Pharmacy Technician at Grand Care Pharmacy. Toni holds an Associate of Arts degree from Johnson County Community College and has received training from the Marion and Rima Kay Institute of Permanent Makeup.
