Shawn Mueller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare marketing and wellness coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Market Development at VITAS Healthcare since April 2019, Shawn has previously held roles including Associate Director of Marketing and Business Development and Vitas Representative. As a self-employed Health and Wellness Coach with Optimal Living since 2012, Shawn focuses on nutrition, movement, and chronic disease management. At the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, Shawn has contributed as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Executive Director, significantly increasing membership and program offerings. Prior experience includes various roles in hospice and home health services, achieving outstanding growth in referrals and patient admissions. Shawn holds a BA in Business Administration from Ottawa University and an MA in Health Administration from Webster University.
