Nicole McWhorter, CFRE, currently serves as the Vice President of Community Philanthropy for the YMCA of Greater Houston and is a Senior Consultant at Dini Spheris, where extensive experience includes advising clients across various sectors on philanthropic management and capital campaign strategies. McWhorter has also contributed as an instructor at the Rice University Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies and the University of Houston, developing curriculum for courses in Fundraising and Grants. Previous roles include an Account Executive at Design At Work and the Outreach and Development Director at Austin Groups for the Elderly, where significant fundraising results were achieved. McWhorter holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Communication Studies, and Marketing from Texas Tech University.
