Haley Hauptfeld is a skilled Technical Product Manager at Optum since June 2021, with a background in software engineering and a strong foundation in technology development through various roles, including Technology Development Program Associate and intern positions. Haley also contributes as a Water Safety Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Boston, alongside previous experience as an Athletics Coach at F.A.S.T. Athletics and a Lifeguard at multiple YMCA locations. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a high school diploma from Berlin High School, Haley has developed a diverse skill set in full-stack development and outdoor education.
