Fran Bertotti-Metoyer is an experienced music educator currently serving as a long-term substitute chorus and general music teacher at Mcdevitt Middle School since August 2024. Fran has a diverse background in aquatic management, holding various roles with the City of Spokane since May 2015, including Assistant Aquatics Supervisor and Aquatic Facility Head Manager. Additional experience includes working as a lifeguard and swim instructor for both the City of Spokane and the YMCA of Greater Boston. Fran's academic credentials include a Master of Music in Music Teacher Education from Boston University, expected in December 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Music and History from Santa Clara University. Fran has also contributed to music education as a graduate research assistant and served as a vocal judge for the Massachusetts Music Educators Association.
