Christopher Gladding possesses extensive experience in equipment maintenance, laboratory operations, and strength and conditioning. Currently serving as an Equipment Maintenance Technician and Health & Wellness Attendant at YMCA of Frederick County since April 2022, Christopher previously worked as an Operations Technician III at Howard County Public Works and held several positions at Frederick Community College, including Laboratory Technician II and Laboratory Aide, where responsibilities involved developing protocols for waste management and supporting microbiology courses. Early roles include Graduate Assistant Strength Coach at Morehead State University, Strength & Conditioning Intern at Brigham Young University, and various positions related to hazardous waste analysis and management. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Medicine from Southern Virginia University.
