Sharon Stiteler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the YMCA and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at the YMCA of Central Virginia since October 2018, Sharon previously held the position of Regional Vice President. Prior to that, Sharon was the Executive Director at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee from July 2017 to October 2018. With a background that includes serving as Director at Augusta Health and managing the Lifetime Fitness Center operations, Sharon has developed a strong skill set in program management and staff training. Additionally, Sharon's early career involved teaching health and physical education at Grace Christian School, alongside roles in fitness program management at Ingleside Resort. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Kinesiology/Sports Rec Management from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Science from Bridgewater College.
