Noor El Gaderi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Southbridge since March 2021. Prior roles in Southbridge include HR Specialist/Benefits Coordinator, Executive Assistant, and Administrative Assistant. Additionally, Noor has been the CACFP Program Administrator at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts since December 2022, following a diverse career there from April 2015 to March 2021 as Program Director and various other positions. Noor’s educational background includes studies at Southern New Hampshire University from August 2021 to February 2023 and at Quinsigamond Community College from 2016 to 2018.
