Yvonne Bellamy has extensive experience in program management and data consulting within the early childhood education sector. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for the Maryland Head Start Association, Yvonne oversees program operations and fiscal management while collaborating with leadership to achieve organizational goals. As the owner of Dataplus Consultants since 2007, Yvonne specializes in data management, training, and event planning, providing tailored support for Head Start programs. Additionally, Yvonne has a longstanding role with the Y of Central Maryland Baltimore County Head Start, managing a significant budget and coordinating volunteer efforts, while also serving as a Data/IT Specialist overseeing key databases. With over 23 years of experience in professional development training, Yvonne is dedicated to enhancing the quality of services in Head Start and childcare agencies.
