Oana Filip is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People Shared Services at YMCA St Paul's Group since April 2022, previously holding the position of Human Resources Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Oana was a Talent Business Partner at Publicis Groupe from December 2020 to April 2022 and served as a Talent Coordinator at Publicis Media from May 2019 to December 2020. Oana began a career in human resources as an HR Administrator at Optegra Eye Health Care from November 2015 to May 2019. Oana's career began with Emirates, where Oana worked as an In-flight Customer Service Manager from July 2004 to July 2015. Oana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Leicester, completed between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Sciences of Communication from the University of Bucharest.
