Jessica Nkongolo is an experienced professional in the field of youth and global initiatives, currently serving as the Manager for YMCA Canada since February 2017. Prior to this role, Jessica held key positions at Hope Story, including Director of Projects & Operations and Mobilization Coordinator from December 2010 to February 2017. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant for the Status of Women Office at the University of Toronto and various positions at Youth Challenge International, including Programming Assistant, Senior Program Officer, and Partner Relations & Development Officer. Jessica's educational background includes a Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development with a specialization in Comparative, International and Development Education from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Global Development Studies and Political Studies from Queen's University.
