Carole Menzies possesses extensive experience in people development and project management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Retail National People and Projects Manager at YMCA England & Wales since April 2018, Carole previously held the position of People Development and Volunteering Manager. Prior roles include serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Scope from August 2009 to May 2017 and as a Training and Development Advisor at Help the Aged from 1994 to 2009.
