Marita Leminen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within various retail and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Yliopiston Apteekki since November 2022, Marita's previous roles include Area Director and Head of Customer Excellence at Lindström, and CEO at Suomen Polkupyörätukku Oy (Baiks). Marita's expertise encompasses strategic planning, team leadership, and operational improvements, demonstrated through previous positions as Chain Director at both Anttila Oy and Suomen Polkupyörätukku Oy, as well as several managerial roles at Kesko.
