Alya Aisyah Fadil currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Corporate Sustainability at Yinson, where leadership is demonstrated in various ESG initiatives and stakeholder engagements, particularly in data management, human and labour rights, and sustainability training. Previous experience includes participation in the UN Global Compact Network's Business and Human Rights Accelerator program and roles at Affin Bank Group focusing on corporate strategy and ESG implementation. Alya also contributed to Earthworm Foundation as a Business Engagement Manager, managing sustainability programs and client relationships. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
