Tanja Queckenstedt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tanja is currently the VP People & Culture at Yilu, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director People & Culture (Interim) at the same company from May 2022 to August 2022.
In 2016, Tanja started their own company as a Business Coach, Book Author, and Director People & Culture (HR). Tanja continued this role until the present.
From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a University Lecturer at Hochschule für angewandtes Management.

Before that, they held the role of Marketing and Promotion Manager as a freelancer from April 2008 to September 2009.
Tanja Queckenstedt has a diverse education history. From 2010 to 2015, they attended SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie (Business Psychology). In 2001 and 2002, they spent a year abroad at Detroit Community College in the USA.
In 2017, they attended MESH® ACADEMY and obtained a certification as a Certified Systemic Business Coach. Additionally, they received a scholarship from LEAD Academy in January 2017.
In terms of additional certifications, Tanja Queckenstedt published a book titled "Ein Kopf voller Ideen" Wie Kreativität unseren Alltag bereichert in September 2021 through Topicus Publishung. In April 2021, they also published an audiobook version of the same publication through Audible. Tanja has another publication titled "CSR und neue Arbeitswelten" / Achtsamkeit im Arbeitskontext, which was published by Springer Gabler in an unspecified year.
Lastly, in October 2010, they obtained a scholarship certification from the Federal Ministry for Education and Science for "Begabtenförderung berufliche Bildung" (Promotion of Vocational Education), provided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany.
