Ece Sert Aydın has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Starting in 2012, they worked in public relations roles at Home Service Kuşadası and Akkim Sealants & Adhesives. In 2013, they joined KPMG Türkiye as an Audit Assistant, and over the years, they progressed to become a Senior Auditor, gaining experience in preparing financial reports and leading audit teams. In 2016, they transitioned to AkzoNobel, where they served as a Budgeting and Financial Reporting Specialist, responsible for analyzing and controlling finances. From 2017 to 2019, Ece worked at Petkim, focusing on business optimization, project management, and implementing cost-cutting strategies. They then joined SOCAR Türkiye as the Strategic Planning and Corporate Performance Supervisor and later became the Strategic Planning and Corporate Performance Group Manager. In 2022, they joined Yildiz Ventures as the Chief Of Staff / Corporate Performance Director, and in 2023, they will become a Project Director at Yıldız Holding.

Ece Sert Aydın has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from Dokuz Eylul University, obtained between 2008 and 2013. Ece also studied Economics at Ekonomiska Fakülteta Ljubljana in 2012. In 2022, they received a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including Strategic Management, Project Management, Agile Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, IBM Certified BPM Analyst, and others. In 2015, they completed an independent financial adviser trainee program at TESMER.
