Athaliah Elvis is currently an intern at Bucknell University's Griot Institute, focusing on promoting engagement with Africa and Black cultures while enhancing written and oral communication skills. With a diverse background, Athaliah has held multiple roles, including Equipment Desk Consultant, Residential Advisor, and Undergraduate Humanities Research Assistant, where research focused on rape culture in the 18th Century. Athaliah has also served as Vice President of the Creative Writing Club, Associate Editor of the Literary Magazine, and Music Librarian. Additional experience includes working as a Science Writer for the Brain Institute of America and a Communications Intern for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Athaliah's educational journey includes pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, Political Science, and Critical Black Studies at Bucknell University, alongside studies in Art History and various other subjects at several institutions.
