Erik Schwagermann serves as Operations Manager IT and Manager of Enterprise Solutions at Venéco since August 2022, while also holding the position of Manager of Enterprise Solutions at both Yielder Group and PHC tailored telecom & IT since October 2023. Prior to these roles, Erik was employed at Dutch Flower Group from August 2007 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing system availability, analytics, and project management for internal teams and third-party services. Throughout the tenure at Dutch Flower Group, Erik advanced from System Administrator to IT Manager - Systems & Services, and Teamleader System Management, focusing on system management, sourcing IT hardware and software, and managing budgets related to system management.
