Jason Caron is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and process management. Currently serving as a Process and Incident Manager at EBRC since July 2018, Jason oversees operational activities related to incident, problem, and change management. Previously, at DXC Technology, Jason held dual roles as a Wintel System/Citrix/DataFeed Engineer and managed extensive file transfers, demonstrating expertise in Windows server administration, Active Directory, VMware, and Citrix. Earlier experiences include supporting the migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 at CSC and System Solutions, as well as IT administration at EBOS - Groupe Rossel. Jason holds a BTS in Informatique from Lycée Condorcet.
