Lilie Thadani has extensive work experience in the customer service and compliance fields. Lilie most recently worked as a Compliance Manager at YF Life Insurance International Limited starting in November 2021. Prior to that, Lilie was a Customer Experience Manager at BCT Group - Bank Consortium Trust Co Ltd & BCT Financial Ltd from July 2020 to November 2021. Lilie also worked as a Customer Care Supervisor at BOCI-Prudential Trustee Limited from August 2017 to July 2020. Prior to that, Lilie held the position of Customer Service Officer at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from February 2008 to August 2017. Lilie also gained experience as a Customer Service Officer at Sun Life Financial from August 2007 to February 2008, and Bank Consortium Trust Company Limited from July 2005 to July 2007. Lilie started their career as a Customer Service Assistant at HSBC in December 2000 and held the position until April 2005.
