Shane Closser is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Head of Industry and General Manager for Financial Services & Insurance at Yext since November 2017, where the company reported FY’22 revenues of $354 million. Prior to Yext, Shane held the position of Global Managing Director at Accenture, focusing on Interactive Strategy and Marketing Platforms. Shane also served as VP and Chief Technologist at Virtusa, where the Customer Experience practice achieved significant growth. Earlier in the career, Shane was the Internet Services Department Head at UT Southwestern Medical Center, collaborating on award-winning platforms, and worked at Vignette, where contributions earned recognition as a top consultant. Initial professional experience includes a role as Mortgage Lead Engineer at Argo Data Resources, developing leading financial platforms. Educational background includes dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Arizona.
