Nia Avril is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in managing global payroll operations across multiple countries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Payroll at Yext since January 2022, Nia oversees payroll for various regions, develops strategic roadmaps to eliminate discrepancies, and collaborates with ADP for tax compliance. Prior roles include Payroll Manager at Zocdoc, where Nia managed payroll for over 500 employees and achieved significant cost reductions, and Compensation Associate at Cohen & Steers, handling multi-state and foreign payrolls.
