Megan Killeen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as the Director of Services at Yext since July 2018. In this role, Megan leads the Yext Expert Services Platform Consultant team in North America, managing team onboarding, career development, and implementation strategies. Previously, Megan held various positions at Yext, including Delivery Management Director and Technical Engagement Manager, where contributions included driving team resource management and winning the FY22 Manager of the Year award for the Consulting department. Prior to Yext, Megan was the Managing Director at rADical LLC, responsible for overseeing company operations and finances. Educational accomplishments include a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Marketing and Business Analytics, along with a second major in Statistics from the University of Virginia.
