Maritza Castro-Rendón is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate & Workplace at Yext, Maritza has held various roles within the company since November 2019, including Project Manager and Interim HQ Manager. Prior to Yext, Maritza held the position of Director of Operations at GLSEN, where responsibilities included planning and monitoring organizational goals, and at Prep for Prep, overseeing logistics for programs and events. Additional experience includes roles at The Stevenson Group, New American Leaders Project, EF Education First, Educational Light School of Chess, Camp Sloane YMCA, and YMCA of Greater Long Beach. Maritza's academic background includes an M.B.A. from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach.
