Dr. Nidhi Puranik currently serves as a Research Assistant Professor at Yeungnam University since March 2023. Previously, Dr. Puranik held various academic and research positions, including Faculty of Biochemistry at Barkatullah University and a LIFE SCIENCES TEACHER at CSIR LIFE SCIENCES ACADEMY. Dr. Puranik's research experience includes a tenure as Senior Research Fellow at both ICMR-National Institute for Research in Environmental Health and Defence Research and Development Establishment, where Dr. Puranik contributed to the development of detection and diagnosis assays for anthrax. Dr. Puranik completed a PhD in Biological Science from Bharathiar University in 2021.
