Simona Ilieva is an experienced professional in digital sales and eCommerce, currently working at Yettel.Bulgaria since March 2023. Previously, Simona served as a Brand Manager at Artery Team, where support for clients on the Etsy platform was provided, including visual presentations and creative development. As an Ecommerce Product Manager at Global Distributing from January 2019 to April 2022, responsibilities included website creation on Shopify and WordPress, product management on eBay and Amazon, market research, and project management. Simona began a career in customer support at GLOBAL DISTRIBUTING LTD and has prior experience as a Call Center Operator at 24 Trade LTD. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from New Bulgarian University and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Industries and Business from the University of National and World Economy.
