Iskra Encheva has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Yettel.Bulgaria since November 2012. Prior roles at Yettel.Bulgaria include Finance Applications Specialist and Junior Finance Applications Specialist. Prior to this, Iskra worked at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile from January 2011 to November 2012 as a Corporate Customer Management Representative, along with roles in Customer Care. Iskra also gained initial industry experience through a Summer Internship Program at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile in July 2010.
