Emilian Zlatev is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in data protection and privacy legislation. Currently serving as the Data Protection Officer at Yettel.Bulgaria since July 2017, Emilian provides comprehensive guidance on compliance with EU and Bulgarian privacy laws, conducts staff training, and collaborates with the Bulgarian Data Protection Commission. Prior to this role, Emilian held the position of Legal Expert at Telenor Bulgaria from March 2012 to May 2022, where responsibilities included drafting contracts, providing legal advice, and representing the company in legal matters. Emilian's experience also includes positions as a Paralegal and Intern at various law offices and notary offices, complemented by a Master's degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
