Timothy Roach has worked for multiple companies throughout their career. Timothy started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at Hibbett Sports. In 2008, they worked as a Customer Sales and Service Representative at John Deere Landscapes. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Syngenta Sales Support Representative at Conclusive Analytics. Since 2013, they have been employed at YETI, initially starting as a Field Sales Representative and progressing to become a Regional Sales Manager and then a Regional Sales Director. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Independent Account Sales at YETI.

Timothy Roach attended North Carolina State University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management. During the same period, they also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management from North Carolina State University, which they completed in 2006.
