Saritha Padala is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in simulations and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Simulations Engineer at YETI since July 2020 and a Mechanical Engineer at Masoniote since June 2016, Saritha has previously held positions including Staff Engineer at Zunum Aero, Design Analysis Engineer at Senior Flexonics, and Finite Element Analyst roles at Donaldson Company, Inc. and Caterpillar Inc. Saritha began the career as a Research Assistant at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, focusing on finite element modeling of automotive tires. The educational background includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
