Lilly Barnett, MA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lilly currently holds a position as the Business Operations Manager for US Sales at YETI since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Executive Assistant at YETI from October 2022 to May 2023.

From November 2017 to October 2022, Lilly worked at Whole Foods Market, where they held the role of Sr. Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer. Before that, they worked briefly as a Brand Manager at Wright Interiors from June 2017 to November 2017.

In 2016, Lilly worked as an Executive Assistant at Egon Zehnder from September to June 2017. Earlier, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld I Feedback Ltd. I CDNY I CR Studio NY from February 2015 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling and arranging travel and accommodations worldwide.

From August 2013 to September 2016, Lilly worked at Saatchi Gallery, first as the Head of Social Media and later as a Press & Marketing Intern. In these roles, they managed social media accounts, created and maintained the gallery's Instagram account, and distributed press releases and images to various publications.

Prior to that, Lilly worked as a Marketing Intern at Telluride Arts from May 2012 to August 2012. In this role, they focused on marketing, fundraising, and event organizing, promoting Telluride Arts and the local cultural community through social media and the organization's website.

Lilly Barnett, MA, PMP has a strong education background. Lilly obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from The University of the South, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, Lilly pursued further education and completed a Master's degree with Distinction in Art History and Visual Culture at Richmond, The American International University in London from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lilly also holds several certifications in project management. Lilly obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020. Lilly has also obtained two additional certifications from LinkedIn: Project Management Foundations and Project Management Foundations: Quality, which were completed in June 2023 and July 2023 respectively. These certifications demonstrate Lilly's commitment to enhancing their skills and expertise in project management.
