Kasia Sutherland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

In 2022, they joined YETI as the Sr. Director of Product Management.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2022, they worked at Traeger, Inc. in various positions. Kasia served as the Senior Director of Category Management from April 2022 to May 2022, the Category Director from November 2017 to April 2022, and the Category Manager from December 2015 to November 2017.

From 2008 to 2015, Kasia worked at Skullcandy Inc. Their roles included being a Product Line Manager from July 2013 to November 2015, a Product Manager from February 2011 to July 2013, a New Model Manager from August 2009 to February 2011, and managing the Skullcandy customer relationship with national CE accounts from February 2008 to August 2009.

In 2007, Kasia worked as an Events Coordinator at USSA.

Kasia Sutherland pursued their higher education at the University of Nevada, Reno from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
