Matt Opperman is a highly experienced bicycle mechanic with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a mechanic for the Yeti Shimano EP Enduro Team since January 2023, Matt has also held positions at Rocky Mountain since February 2020 and was the head mechanic and assistant manager for the Trek Factory Racing MTB Team from 2006 to 2019. Earlier in career, Matt worked as a service manager at Pro Peloton Cycle Studio from 2000 to 2006 and as a mechanic for the Specialized Factory Racing MTB Team between 2000 and 2004. Matt Opperman holds education credentials from Sam Houston State University.
