Barbara Melissen is an experienced innovation engineer currently developing and supporting innovations at YES!Delft, where responsibilities include project management and industrial design engineering. Previous roles include design engineer at Blok System Supply, focusing on medical machinery and sustainable energy solutions, and regulatory affairs and quality assurance officer at Reboocon Bionics, where Barbara prepared the company for CE certification for a robotic knee prosthesis. Barbara's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering. Additional experiences range from tutoring SolidWorks to assisting in facility management and serving as a full-time board member of a student association.
