Arnold Klemens has over 30 years of experience in human resources and account management. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at YESCO, LLC since April 1994, Arnold oversees HR needs for employees across multiple regions including Salt Lake, Reno, Boise, and Denver. Prior to this role, Arnold was Human Resources Manager, focusing on staffing, employee education about company policies, and maintaining personnel records while utilizing various software tools such as Microsoft Office and Ceridian HRIS. Arnold began their career as an Assistant Account Manager at Young Electric Sign Company, coordinating projects with Ford Motor Company. Arnold holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Utah and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
