Megan Goldsberry is a seasoned educator with over a decade of experience in various leadership roles within YES Prep Public Schools. Currently serving as the Director of Teacher Initiatives, Megan manages the implementation of teacher evaluation systems and professional development programs, while analyzing data to promote equity in teaching. Previous positions include Manager of Instructional Leadership, School Principal at YES Prep Eisenhower, and various roles focused on instructional support and curriculum development. Earlier career experiences include teaching 6th-grade math and serving as a Corps Member with Teach for America. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Managerial Studies from Rice University.
