Abhimanyu Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and technology-driven solutions. Currently serving as Co-Founder at tawgl since April 2022, Abhimanyu is focused on revolutionizing interview processes through conversational AI and data analytics. Prior to this role, Abhimanyu co-founded and held the position of COO at Scriptifi, an online hiring marketplace, from April 2017 to June 2022. Abhimanyu's earlier career includes significant roles at Micromax Informatics Ltd, Axis Bank, Vodafone, and Convergys, where responsibilities spanned HR business partnership, recruitment, and international mobility. Abhimanyu holds an MBA in Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
