Tiffany Barfield currently serves as the Government Affairs Director for yes. every kid. since October 2022. Previously, Tiffany held various senior leadership roles at NAF from October 2014 to November 2022, where significant contributions included establishing a policy and advocacy department to support over 120,000 high school students and leading legislative efforts in multiple states. Tiffany has a strong background in building strategic partnerships, exemplified by successfully managing corporate collaborations to enhance workforce readiness, and executed advocacy campaigns to promote access to college and career academies. Earlier experience includes roles at Autism Speaks, Avista Capital Partners, UBS, and the US Department of Health and Human Services, complemented by positions in high-profile political and governmental settings, including The White House. Tiffany earned a BS in Education from Texas A&M University and a Certificate of Education Finance from Georgetown University.
