Marco Geijsels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, and operations, currently serving as a Senior Business Partner at YER since April 2007. In this role, Marco focuses on addressing the evolving dynamics within the manufacturing, process, and food industries, providing strategic advice to management and boards on topics such as growth, culture, and innovation. Prior to YER, Marco held various positions at Luba Personele Diensten, including Consultant, Vestigingsmanager, Regiomanager, and Projectmanager, and worked as a Consultant/Headhunter at ISM Benelux. Marco holds an HTS degree in Bedrijfskunde from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and completed VWO at van der Puttlyceum.
