Luca Plosch is an experienced Venture Architect at K?rber Digital, focusing on the development of deep tech ventures from seed to scaling phase since October 2022. As Co-President of the ESMT Entrepreneurship Club and Vice President of the ACI Consulting Club, Luca organizes entrepreneurial events and conducts market research to support business expansion in France and the UK. Prior experience includes working as an EU Project Manager at Amazon, where Luca coordinated multiple teams and stakeholders, and as an Administrative Assistant at Generali, enhancing operational efficiency. Luca holds a Master's degree in Management from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the Universit¨¤ degli Studi di Trieste.
