Andrew Lax serves as the Group Head of Learning and Development at Yeo Valley Production Ltd since October 2023, following a distinguished career, including their role as Global Head of Learning - Director at ING from November 2018 to September 2023, where Andrew spearheaded learning initiatives organization-wide. Prior experience includes multiple senior director roles at Philips, where Andrew led global learning strategies across various divisions, and significant positions at Canon, including European HR & Learning Transformation Program Director, where Andrew implemented notable learning management systems. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at Barclays, IQuentis, and Unilever, along with a Master’s degree in E-Commerce from Anglia Ruskin University.
