Justin Adelmann has extensive experience in logistics and communication, currently serving as a Truck Driver at Thermo-Tech Windows and Doors since July 2014, where responsibilities include delivering windows and ensuring load safety. Prior roles within the same company include Shipping Department Lead, Shipping Stager/Relief Driver, and Final Assembly Production, highlighting skills in employee training, workflow optimization, and quality control in a fast-paced production environment. Earlier experience includes serving as a Public Affairs Representative in the Minnesota Army National Guard, where Justin produced written and visual content for various platforms, and as a Motor Transport Operator, ensuring vehicle readiness in diverse conditions.
