Polin KHENG is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s) since February 2019. Previous roles include Manager of Organizational Development & Talent at The Coca-Cola Company, Manager of Learning and Development at Maybank, and Deputy Head of Human Resource and Training at Vattanac Bank. Polin’s career includes significant roles at UNDP and Phillip Bank Plc, in addition to a foundational period with World Vision International, Cambodia. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and various certifications from the University of Melbourne.
